CUSTOMER SERVICE

ORDERING

At Coin 1804, we proudly offer a very personalized shopping experience. Please browse the SHOP section of our website and make note of the style number(s), size(s), and color(s) you would like to purchase. Please visit our CONTACT US section and enter your name, email, contact number, and your order in the Message section. Once your order is received, a Coin representative will contact you within 24 hours to further expedite your order. We want to provide the best customer service by having a representative assist you with the sale to ensure a quality purchase and be able to answer any questions you may have.

Once your order is submitted through a Coin representative, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM US PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Coin 1804 will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.


PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. COD will be accepted only by money order or cashier's check, and is subject to any applicable fees.


RETURNS

Return Policy
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.


Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Coin 1804 within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Coin 1804.


Defective Merchandise

Please check all merchandise upon receipt. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receiving order. All defective merchandise must have a return authorization number acquired from COIN 1804 in order for return processing. All claims made after 5 days of receiving merchandise, will not be accepted. Merchandise returned must not be worn, washed, or altered and must still have original tags attached.
